These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Oxyn, a bilingual AI fitness application. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Oxyn. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Provide accurate information during onboarding so plans work as intended.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Oxyn offers optional paid subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play (managed via RevenueCat).
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.
- Pricing. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country and currency.
- Free trials. If a free trial is offered, unused portions are forfeited when you buy a subscription.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
- Manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple ID settings (iOS) or Google Play subscriptions (Android). Canceling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. Oxyn cannot process refunds directly for store purchases.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or overload our servers or infrastructure.
- Upload content that infringes others' rights or is abusive, hateful, or harmful.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Share your account or resell access without written permission.
6. AI Features & Content
Oxyn uses AI (including Google Gemini) to generate coaching messages, exercise recognition, and meal analyses. AI output can be inaccurate. Treat all AI content as informational, not medical or professional advice, and verify anything important with a qualified professional.
7. Health Disclaimer
Oxyn is a fitness tool, not a medical device. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have any medical condition. Stop training and seek medical attention if you experience pain or unusual symptoms.
8. Intellectual Property
Oxyn and its content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you enter (workouts, photos, notes). You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to operate and improve the app.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the app in a way that harms other users or our service.
10. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oxyn and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Oxyn operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
